Pathetic service

Poor service delivery. They lie about the delivery timeframe on their website, no one knows what courier company they make use of or they don't want to tell you. Been waiting almost three weeks now, my parcels were promised to be delivered last week and absolutely nothing happned they don't even know where it is. They really don't care about their customers, even the managers are too important to speak to customers if we have a problem it is pathetic. Will never order from them again and will warn all of my friends. I will not pay for my order if don't receive it, it is *****.
