Pathetic Service

I am a victim of identity theft and homechoice does not care. Someone opened a home choice account using my ID number and when I found out I let homechoice know immediately. I was then told that I must send an affidavit , which I did on the 21st of August 2017, I even attached a letter from the South African ***** Services with proof that I am an identity theft victim. I was told to re-send my stuff to homechoice which I did on the 28th of August 2017 again. They told me that the turn-around time is 30 days. I called on the 10th of October 2017 and I was told that it is still being investigated without any further details. The tone I got from the call is that they care about getting their money and not about customer service. Please stop being ******* homechoice and cancel that account.
