Pathetic service.

So i decided to give homechoice a chance after i had returned an order previously due to false adverti*****t. I ordered last week and had made sure that i changed a delivery address for them to deliver at my place of residence.when i called to day and spoke to Ntombi she had informed me that they will deliver at my work place. She said “preferred address” so they see fit that they deliver a stove and pots at my workplace and she further accused me of not changing my address. I went to my account and my home address is selected as primary! Further more they sent me a link to track my delivery when i click to the link nothing appears but it says “this link is not authorized by homechoice” .They do not have turn around times for anything. Will i ever get a swift service from homechoice without complaining. I paid for this delivery now i have to pay extra money for these things to be delivered at my place.
