pathetic service

I ordered some bags that were on sale round June it was 4 bags then you get free 4 bags I'm not sure on the bags name......when I did my order I was specific that I want them delivered to empangeni not eshowe to my surprise the bags were sent to eshowe......I then called the eshowe post office to send them to empangeni, when I went to fetch them to my surprise again it was not what I ordered, I then called the centre on friday I spoke to lady that said she was going to get her superior to call me, I'm still waiting for the call. All I need now is my money back , the service I received was very much unacceptable
