Pathetic Service

<p>I placed a huge order but when the things started arriving in drips and draps I decided no man I can rather get this stuff elsewhere. When they delivered the dressing table and stove, I contacted them the next day that I didnt want it as it was cheap quality. The lady told me i could drop it at their showrooms in wynberg, i went to the showroom only to be told, they dont accept furniture returns i must contact the call centre, it is going into week three, no assessor has contacted me, but I am being charged for something I dont want. I have been battling with homehcoice regarding this since the stupid stuff was delivered. It is taking up space, I actually went and took the bedding and curtains back on Saturday pass to the showrooms because I dont want to deal with you people again. Can someone please take responsibility and sort my account out.</p>
