Pathetic Servicd

I placed an order over a week and half , set up debit order and also did an EFT before my delivery All I see is order will be processed . I’m absolutely disgusted by the pathetic service !!! I don’t know how true this company is . I am still pending a response from them . Called them emailed them and no win win situation ...They require agents who can do the job and give customer satisfaction... now what do I do?????
