Pathetic, putrid service

I ordered from Homechoice, it was delivered today and payment was expected today. One of the bedding sets didn’t had items missing. Firstly call centre agent cut the call, the second one was polite. The lady from customer care was atrocious, she had me on speaker, I could hear myself echo, she was rude and so annoying. She didn’t even sort out my issue! Pathetic customer care. Returns are also such a nightmare. Don’t use this company,
