Pathetic is not the word
<p>I bought something from homechoice and paid more than i should have. However seen as i paid more i did not worry to check the statements. Today i open a statement and it indicate that previous saldo is -R8.00. However with the interest that is added my new saldo is -R4. How the hell can they ask me for interest if i don't owe them money. When i phoned to enquire they said i had to request a statement to close my account. I can't get the R4 now owed to me. Is this legal for a company to charge your 32% interest on money that they owe you. </p>
