Pathetic Customer Staff
A lady called me and asked me to speak to my mom. When I told her my mom sadly passed away a month ago - she just dropped the phone in my ear. That is very rude and this is not the first time this happens. Why can't you just say - thank you and goodbye but rather drop the phone in your ear. Pathetic customer staff.
