PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE again
On the 23 May 2020 I've ordered a blanket from Homechoice and it was on Sartuday hoping to receive a parcel torwards the end of May as it was meant to be a birthday present,till today I never received a parcel from them I was planning to cancel because its too long since I have been waiting.To my surprised today when I'M OPENING my emails they sent me a statement for something that i have never received .I need to understand how come they send the statement with out delivering.TO me I would say this is a *****.When you call they number on *** you hold for ever,they customer service its very bad infact its pathetic.

i'm still waiting for Homechoice to contact me as I would like to know what happened or whats going to happen. Fact is I cannot pay for something that I don't have as I'm still waiting for delivery or you cancel the order that's it.
