Pathetic consultant

Wow thank you Homechoice for resolving my issue so horrible by assigning your untrained consultant to call me Leeann instead of listening my frustration she was pouring petrol on blazing fire she didn't want to listen to me or resolve the issue or give me other alternative solution that suits me she was juss doing her duty that she responded to a helopeter complaint I explained to her that I spoke to ****ma regarding my returned and I was not willing to pay the pick up since I have been messed around with for 3 months then she said they wer going to s**** out the payment but she didn't want to listen to that she was responding to me in a way that it's your problem that you did not collect your first order of which I didn't receive any confirmation from homechoice to go and collect it at the post office but anywhere big thanks to Rugshana she managed to sort out this but the homechoice container she referred me to was closed
