Pathetic client service at Homechoice

I have experienced ********** client service from Homechoice. The client service is pathetic, from calls being cut on purpose to *********** staff with no knowledge of their products and being transferred from one person to another that cannot assist and then dropping the call because they do not know what to do. I eventually ended up going to a branch who tried to assist by calling the respective departments and experienced the same service. The manager then logged a query a week ago and nobody bothered to contact me to date! I am appalled at the client service and vow never to buy anything from them and have definately told my family and friends about their service.
