Pathetic Call Centre Agent
Spoke to an agent who suspected that I am not the person I say I am who later parked a call and asked her colleague Cassiem who claimed to be the team leader and insisted that his colleague Lam?es had to rush for an emergency.In short these two agents could not authenticate me and judged me based on my voice that I committing an identity crime.
