Pathetic business called Homechoise and their front desk staff

Hellopeter ; this business called Homechoise and it front desk staff at customer service are a disgrace. Two weeks back I complained to them about their unauthorized act of running credit assessment inquiry at XDS against my name. Since I started following up on the progress ; the lady called Lee-anne Peterson kept on telling me she wud revert back to me as soon as investigation is finished - no timeframe nothing ..I have sent them emails every second day to follow up and I am told same thing by same lady "we will revert" ...I dont know what seem to be the problem to remove this inquiry as it is affecting my score ..I dont know these people first of all but I have found myself begging them. Can these people provide me with timelines/timeframe of resolving this matter and lady called Lee-anne Peterson stop her bad attitude ; i dont owe their business a single cent
