Pathetic and non accommodating

Absolutely furious! I paid cash for two blankets 2 weeks ago. I see that on the system they had my old address in Little Falls to which I changed to my new address and then made payment. After getting alittle concerned that I haven't received my blankets, i emailed them to which still no answer and then called customer service. On Monday 1/06 I was told that I am not allowed to change my address on the website and must provide proof of residence. This I told them I cannot do as I am immigrating in 2 months and now staying with my parents. They told me to contact head office, after wait 25min, i put down the call. I tried again today and they said I need to call customer support again and have my parcel redirected. 03/06 I get through to a Samantha to have my airtime run out as you hold for about 20 minutes before you can speak to someone. I contact another lady who says no they cannot deliver to my new address and I should go to the bank and change the address to my parents address. I said no, i am not doing this just to get 2 blankets!!!! Well the blankets are with the courier I said please send him as its 2km away from the old address. and i will give me a copy of my ID!. Nope, this cannot be done and it needs to go back to Cape Town! Honestly! How retarded! Take Alot are super smooth and yet home choice I havnt even bought on credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It was CASH. It is by law MINE!!!!!!!!
