Pathetic and dishonest!

I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free duvet promotion. On delivery they only sent the free set and not the set I initially ordered. I call the next day and the consultant promised it will be sent its on the way! So I got rid of the packaging as I did not see the need to keep it. I'm a regular customer so I assumed they would honor their word! I called yesterday and then I was interrogated by the manager asking me questions like did I keep the packaging.. Dates etc I asked him to go and listen to their calls he will see I called as was advised it will be delivered. Then he calls me back asking for an affidavit. I don't have time to make an affidavit hence I shop online! I'm truly and honestly disappointed because now I have to pay for a set I don't even like neither did I order that. Sahra meshel Hammond
