Pathetic After sales service

I contacted Homechoce within the past week on numerous occasions to log a complaint regarding bedding that was coming apart at the seams. To date nothing has been done. The items which was really expensive was only purchased recently, was coming loose at the seams, where the stitching opened completely. Yesterday I received a luggage case, the zips were broken and the handles were flimsy, yet its their top of the range luggage cases! I contacted them immediately, to date no response! I will never purchase again from Homechoice!!! Worst customer service ever.
