Pathetic
I have had credit checks done against my name without any application being made from my side. The call centre is absolutely pathetic. Agents and Team leaders are useless. I work for a financial institution and cannot have any credit checks done against me, I will lose my job. I need urgent assistance as I am prepared to go to the Ombudsman for this.
