Pathetic

Placed an order on the 27th May 2019 to date nothing received, so many follow up calls, when will the order be received always taken from pillar to post. On the 10th June I was told the order is in Jo'burg warehouse to be delivered in two days to date nothing instead received a billing statement. I was told because you changed the delivery address hence the delay, if its delaying why your sending me a billing statement.
