PARCEL NOT DELIVERED SINCE 27 DEC 2022

I placed an order with Homechoice on 27/12/2022 and paid cash still waiting for delivery. I have followed up with their customer services department, was told they'll investigate. still waiting for the update.

From the website I can see on the 4th Jan the parcel was out on delivery no sms or notification received by me and as the 10th showing as returned. I don't even have the courier name or information.

I called their Customer Support after few failed attempts , finally was through unfortunately the lady left me holding coz was busy chatting with Ntosh about load shedding happening at 8PM tonight.
