PARCEL NOT DELIVERED SINCE 26 NOV 2022

I placed and order with Homechoice on 26/11/2022 for 7k and paid cash but only received 2/3 of the parcel. I have followed up countless times with their customer services department, emailed support@homechoice, complaints@homechoice, accounts@homechoice and deliverysupport@homechoice (Leeroy) without any feedback. At this point I want my 2 parts collected and my funds refunded and its alomst 2 months that i have been waiting for the 3rd item. I am tired and truly disappointed and disgusted with the service receieved from the Homechoice team. I have called over 50 times since Nov. This is unacceptable.
