Parcel delivered in open box

I placed an order and on Saturday the delivery called me to check if Im home to receive the parcel however I was not home and I told him to leave it with the security guards at the gate.The security guard called me and informed me that he cannot sign for the receipt of the parcal as the box was open.The delivery guy confirmed that the box was open as they needed to make more space in the delivery van.I told him that I will not accept the order,he then said he'll inform Homechoice that I refused to accept the order. This is the worst service I have ever received,how can you execpt a customer to accept open boxes of orders
