PaidUp account

I Had an account with homechoice that was then handed over to Norman Bissett and Accociate for collection. I have settled the account but my Balance has not been updated, when I check online it is said that I owe homechoice amount of R1703.74, even on my credit report Homechoice still appears that I have a balance R1991 with them that I have already settled. I have sent emails to have this resolved but still I had not received any response from them.
