Paid up account

Thank you hellopeter, i had a problem previously with home choice and i managed to pay off the account last month, i got a paid up later and i asked them to close the account, today i received a call from a consultant regarding the sale/promotion they have and i told her i was not interested and asked her is the account not closed she said no its still opened....... Most of us we know homechoice have a history of claiming that people are owing even after settled the account, please help to close this account and clear my name. Thank u in advance
