Paid up account

I had an Home choice account that was handed over, I paid it up have a paid up later sent to them they never responded I called they kept on saying they will call me back I contacted Trans union they keep on saying i should send the letter to them I am sitting with a debt on my name that is paid up. Don't take anything by home choice please very awful service
