Packaging not secured

Having just collected my parcel at one of the showrooms at Johannesburg Rissik street Marshalltown. I am not satisfied with the packaging as to the way it is supposed to be. I received my parcel, a samsung sound bar hwr450 without it being in its original packaging( branded box ). The contents were loose and not secured, in the homechoice box. As it may be, i don't know how the handling was, as it is fragile.
