overpaying

i wanted to let people know something about homechoice .i had 3 accounts with them ,and they were namely homechoice,and phone choice ,i was paying my account and one time i lost site as things wont go right evertime ,they handed me over ,so things got worse when i see company names changes which i dont know ,cause i had aloan also at finchoice which was apart from homechoice ,so i was told names has changed ,even now i am ppaying the finchoice loans under attorneys which i even know what is what i have been asking which account is this even themself they cant explain this to me ,i am over paying in the name of finchoice what is happening here peol can some one help me to sort this out ?
