Over Paying due to their Billing system

I don't know if it is there staff that are *********** or if it's just their billing system that is not right. This is the second time where a product I have been paying off has been settled, I finally got through to someone the last time who realized I was right and credited my account but now they telling they haven't received payment for those months that they needed to credit me. How funny can you be honestly!!!
