Over charging

I had a balance of R4030 with home choice paid R1030 reducing my balance to R3000 now i check my statement i have opening balance of R4082 again. I called to find out why i am being charged R1000 when i did not make a purchase they are failing to explain, you cant be charging a 3rd of intrest really i am disappointed in your service.
