Order was made and delivered to someone I dont know even after calling to say stop the order and order was given without Identification

I cannot believe the ***** that you guys are doing how can you give people things ordered on my behalf that I do not know and I called to stop you guys from delivering that order that I did not order but still went ahead and delivered yet you kept sending me emails and sms to send you guys ID DOCUMENTS!!! So you mean to tell me you provided people with an order that I did not order then gave them without any proof of identity this is *****!!!! I am going to open a case against you guys this is *****!!! Now that thing is in my credit profile and now I must pay for something I did not order???? This is unbelievable even though I told you guys to stop the order you still went ahead!!!
