ORDER RETURNED
I ordered a blossom cleaning set on the 26/11/15, I contacted the call center in December to enquirer when the package be delivered I was told it would be 2 - 3 weeks ( I have ordered before & it never took this long). It is the 18/01/16 I still dont have the cleaning set , contacted the call center this morning after viewing my orders on the website. My order has been returned back to head office why I dont know. I have people at home that knew a package is being delivered & i was told no courier service was at my home.<br> The best part as per the agent IF i still want to purchase the cleaning set i have to create a new order REALLY so my original order that was placed is somehow cancelled, Yeah this sucks big time
