Order placed on the 1/05/2020 and its still not delivered

I ordered a fireplace heater and blankets on the 01/05/2020 and the consultant who assisted me did not disclose that if i collect at the homechoice outlet the delivery will be free. I received the blankets on the 09/06/2020 but till today I did not receive the fireplace heater. I spent alot of airtime already trying to find out what is happening with this order and when am I going to receive it. The consultants there will just say "oh it's not supposed to take this long, you must understand because it's lockdown and we will open a query with the couriers and get back to you in a week" and they never do. I always have to call in. The last consultant I spoke to said the order has been canceled and it's in route to go back to homechoice, the other one said she opened a query and the couriers and they will get back to me in a week. Im really disappointed with homechoice. I thought they offered quality products with best customer service but in this case they proved me wrong. Even most of their consultant in the call centre are so rude. Imagine after waiting for 2 months for a order they tell you, you must understand because it's lockdown.
