Order placed and delivered without customer knowledge.
Apparently I bought a fridge and fridge was delivered to me without my knowledge. I don't where is the Fridge and where it was delivered. I was told that the ***** department is handling my case, but it's been more than a month without feedback even after follow-up. So now j am expected to pay for something I do not have

13 Jul 2022, 15:40I have follow-up emails to HomeChoice ***** department regarding this matter. I tried to contact them telephonically with no luck. I also have a affidavit stating that I did not order or receive the fridge. affidavit was provided to HomeChoice ***** department. since I submitted this document, I have not received any feedback from HomeChoice. why is HomeChoice ***** department not responding to my emails.
