Order not recieved for 7 weeks
Last month I made an order at Homechoice of a heater and 2 blankets... I recieve 2 blankets on different dates and I was told that they I will have to wait for the heater because it is out of stock.... I was devastated to receive a mail that my heater was delivered I have no idea who delivered it when and where because I have never received any heater from HOMECHOICE. I am a victim of ***** here I can't even sleep I have a toddler that I cannot keep warm because I have made several calls to homechoice and all I get is that they are busy investigating till today... I recieved an email from Busisiwe Ntuli who told me that according to they record the heater was delivered and I HAVE NEVER received any heater I wish I read the complaint before placing any order with them.... My life is a mess because of HOMECHOICE.... ***** is playing with this business I have also spoken to both drivers who delivered the blankets and the told me to call homechoice to investigate I need help
Please give us an opportunity to get to the bottom of what went wrong so that we can resolve this.

I did my own investigation by calling the delivery company and the previous drivers who delivered the blankets they gave me the number to call Fast and Furious delivery company for home choice I was immediately informed that my order is still with them and I must give them a week they will deliver...something that Homechoice failed to do for me I have never received a call since I reported this case to Homechoice I have no idea how they operate because that was not difficult to do. I did recieve my order as fast and Furious promised.... HOMECHOICE is not even asking me anything instead they are calling to ask me if I will like to order NO more never again.
