Order not received yet status said delivered
I order a bedding at Homechoice cash and I didn’t receive my order. I got an sms stating that my order was successfully delivered but yet I didn’t get anything. I called a million times for assistance and I was told to write an affidavit. I did so and sent it to them they told me to wait 30 days for investigation. Never heard from them ever since. It’s very frustrating and I don’t know what to do at this point. I called and sent multiple emails but I don’t seem to get a proper resolution. How can I sue this company? Please help.
