Order not received

I ordered two blankets as a per...and pots on special. After a week...I had a SMS saying hope your enjoying your parcel...a third party has signed form on my behalf. Didn't receive any of the parcels. No one informed m if the third party is related to. Mas a affidavit stating I didn't receive...now they are harrasing me to say I didn't pay my installment. Please help me.
