Order not packed correctly

With regards to Homechoice I am very unsatisfied, and disappointed. I had placed an order for a sheet set that includes matching pillow cases. I also order the 2 set Jovi light Grey eyelet curtains x 2. So it should of been 4 curtains together. And 2x pillows. Out this order all I have received is the pillows and only 1 set of curtains when my quantity was 2 so 4. I did not receive the other 2 curtains and I did not receive the sheet set. Now they tell me I must go get a affidavit. I am not running out I work all day. This is not my problem to sort out its there's and they must either credit the account FOR THE 2 CURTAINS AND SHEET SET I DID NOT RECEIVE. OR SEND ME WHAT THEY HAVE NOT SENT. I WILL NOT BE DOING ANY AFFIDAVIT AS PEOPLE SHOULD READ ORDERS CORRECTLY AND PACK CORRECTLY. NOW IT BECOMES SOMEONE ELSE'S PROBLEM. SORRY NO. SORT IT OUT. ORDER NUMBER IS ‪***8‬
