Order not delivered to my address but they say it's delivered!!!

I'm very disappointed with homechoice and how they handle their delivery service, I placed an order for a smeg kettle and a blanket that they said was delivered on the 21st December, to my surprise this order was not delivered at my address nor did I sign for the delivery. Isn't that I need to provide some sort of proof to show that I received my order, provide my ID copy, scan my ID or have my actual signature on the invoice. Who was this order delivered to??? Questions I need answered! Now I'm told I need to provide an affidavit explaining the whole mess caused by them. I need someone to sort this out asap, I've been a loyal client and this is disgusting to say the least. I'm very angry!!
