ORDER NOT DELIVERED BUT EXPECTED TO PAY

My name is Nomfundo and I placed an order for the Adara gas heater and regulator, Ochre curtain set, Ronda sheet set, Kamden Duvet set and a Maxwell and Williams dinner set with Homechoice in May 2020. To this date I have only recieved the gas stove, regulator and Kamden duvet set. I have tried to track my order which is order number ***8 and order number ***7 which both say they have been despatched yet I have not recieved them. I have called Homechoice numerous times trying to track my order and find out where the rest of it went. I keep being sent pillar to post with no direct and constructive help. Now i am being called everyday by this number *** or by *** and I am asked when am I going to pay my account. Everyday i tell them the same thing, how do i pay for an account when I have only recieved half the order. Every single day I am answering the same question. I am very dissapointed in the service I have recieved as a first time buyer from such a big company. I honestly regret even applying under Homechoice because of its inefficiency. Horrible service.
