order not being delivered

i have an account with homechoice and i have never missed any payment, i ordered more goods but i have never received my order. i have called and emailed but no response. when i call they tell me that they will put me through to processing but they know there is no line @ processing department i just end up being cut off. the last time they asked me to send my proof of income again which i did but the did not get back to me about what is holding my order. winter is almost over but i have not gotten my order for blankets. i seriously cannot believe this service especially when i have been paying them on time. they call me almost daily telling me about specials but i dont get what i ordered though they want me to order again. i dont understand them.
