Order no PFS ***2 Order not received but money deducted...

I placed an order for blankets with home choice and i received an sms to say my good have been dispatched for delivery PFS: ***2 but still i did not receive anything from them sent an email and they said they will investigate with *** but i didn't receive any feedback from them.. Poor service by homechoice am so disappointed..
