Order I didn’t place and I didn’t receive

I received an order I didn’t place an order with homechoice but someone whom I don’t know received an package on my behalf so after I called homechoice to log a dispute with them on the 19/04/2018 ref no: ********** 44 which I never received feedback for it now am handed over to their attorneys with the order I don’t know I keep on following up with no success last week someone said I should do an police afdavid and is copy I submitted that to the email they gave me ********** I never received feedback today I called to follow up am given another email address which is ********** my question is when will I receive feedback from this guys when will my name be cleared
