Order cancellation delay process

At 08.09 i had already made contact that i am cancelling the order and provide a reason for that, the parcel at that time was still in your warehouse getting packed.

Why did you continue with handing over the parcel to the courier company at 12:38 pm because i had already cancelled the order, this is unfair as you are delaying the process on purpose, i really cannot understand why you sent it out knowing already that it will be returned back to you.
