order cancellation

i placed an order early this morning and i did get a confirmation on my email but then i wanted to change delivery address to Kokstad instead of Lephalale. i did not have proof of residence and the lady said it cannot be changed. i asked her to rather just cancel the order and ill probably order once i have all the necessary documentation. I don't want anything delivered to the old address but it as a shock when the lady said they don't have any order from me that was placed on the 06/03/2018. I did login into my account and there no pending orders. As from now i don't have any orders and i am not expecting any order to be delivered to me. i cancelled it and order no was/is ********** 0. ill firstly change the address and order again. if you can change the address for me it would be very helpful.
