order at with home choice

I bought the blankets from home choice on the 17 April 2022 .I was told that i will receive my order after the payment reflects on their site waited then after few days i was told that the parcel its with the courier services by then name of Dawn wing courier service i called the courier service i spoke to the lady by the name of Scheepers she told me that she will escalate the matter since the is a delay. up to this day i haven't received my parcel i called home choice time and again and i also called the courier service even today i called i got he same explanation that they are escalating the matter
