orde not received

I placed an order on the 16 th and 17th on the app it’s says my order was shipped for delivery.. I dnt even know how they gave courierit to deliver parcels for us because they never arrive and should I not receive my order tomorrow I will return it . I won’t be needing it anymore. Please use reliable peopl next time not some cheap company making money and not doing the job. 2 days they are saying order will be delivered today.
