Oppression by Debt

Its funny how companies like homechoice are quick to run to update your ITC report when you default on payment or fall behind in any way but the minute you pay the account off and close it, it will take them forever to update. I paid off my account in August and was issued with a paid up letter that stated that the details have been communicated to ITC, however, to this day, nothing has happened and when I called ITC I was told they had not received any such communication. I then sent an email to Homechoice notifying them that nothing has changed and they need to follow up. No one even bothered to acknowledge my email or give me feedback. It's funny how companies enjoy seeing someone struggling in debt.

Dear Customer Support Team from Homechoice

I must say that your business takes pathetic to the next level. 5 days later no one has contacted me and my issue is still not resolved. I suppose the next step for me here is to go to the Credit ombudsman, maybe I will get better service there and get my issue resolved.
