Only one couch delivered

I placed an order towards the end of November 2017 for the boston dream set, one seater, two seater and three seater couches. When the delivery was made only the one seater couch was delivered on the 4 December 2017 and the delivery man assured me that the delivery for the remaining items will be made soon. To this day those couches have not yet been delivered. I called homechoice to enquire about the delivery and I was sent from pillar to post by the call centre agents. No one has ever called me to explain what is going on with my order. The last time they called was when they delivered that one couch.
