Online Browsing & Returns Scheme

If you are looking into purchasing an item from Home Choice and change your mind half way please make sure you DONT fill any personal details on the credit application. I learned the hard way. They have been calling me and harassing me to pay for the free item that came with my main item of interest for three months. I had not even completed my online order but they decided to deliver it anyway, I made sure I returned the both items within their returns time frame. I have had the worst first time experience from them and would not recommend them to anyone EVER! I have to explain the same story everyday and they call me up to three times a day for the past three months. I am livid as this is a problem they need to sort out with their courier or internally and not me. I did not want the item anymore that is why I did not complete my order yet they deliver them anyway and now they are making it my problem that they cannot trace their things properly, the worst part is that they are hounding me for the item I had zero interest in. This feels like a scheme
