On the 15th of November i ordered 27 piece of cookset and the lady that helped did not inform me that they were out of stock i noticed when i received a notification stating that i ordered 16 piece times 2,i called them making a query they suggested that i should cancel the order and it was canceled, on the 16th again they made order on my behalf which i was not aware of i called again they said the courier went out already i must not take the order from couriers only then they will cancel the order. Now the other problem is on the 15th i paid 770 clearing my acc but on my surprise today they debited 717,16 whereas am not owing them anything i also noticed that on my statement they are going to debit again on the 29th of december please assist me on this as i am hurting
